We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- All included components and accessories must be present.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will evaluate the situation and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used items
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items returned without original packaging
- Sale items
- Gift cards
For hygiene and safety reasons, products showing signs of use may not be eligible for return.
Limited 180-Day Warranty
We offer a limited 180-day warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper storage
- Unauthorized modifications
- Accidental damage
If a defect occurs within 180 days of delivery, please contact us with clear photos and description of the issue.
We reserve the right to offer:
- Replacement parts
- Product replacement
- Or partial refund (if applicable)
The warranty does not include return shipping costs unless required by law.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible), and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union – 14 Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
